In the decade since he wrote and produced his first smash, Kelly Clarkson’s “Since U Been Gone,” Lukasz “Dr. Luke” Gottwald has defined the sound of pop radio. He’s racked up 31 #1 singles, written and produced career-changing songs for Katy Perry, Flo Rida, Ke$ha, Britney Spears and Taio Cruz, and earned multiple Grammy nominations and ASCAP Songwriter of the Year honors in the process. Meanwhile Luke has become an intrepid entrepreneur, developing new writers at his publishing company Prescription Songs and signing promising young talent as well as established artists to his label, Kemosabe Records. While Dr. Luke’s style is distinctly his own, he has consistently surrounded himself with some of the most forward-thinking writers, engineers, producers and performers in music today. Each one plays an important role in Luke’s world. In this panel, Dr. Luke and some of his his team will pull the curtain back on their process and answer any questions in a Q&A. They’ll reveal how their collaborations have yielded some of the most incredible hits in recent memory - and what they’re cooking up for the future.
